Title National Exchange Bank Building.
Dates of Creation circa 1905
Scope & Content Postcard of the National Exchange Bank Building, Roanoke, Virginia. The bank was chartered May 7, 1889. It eventually moved to 201 South Jefferson Street, on the southeast corner of Jefferson Street and Campbell Avenue. The reverse of the postcard has the following message "This picture was made over 40 years ago. Some change. Sincerely Ernest Baldwin." The handwritten date accompanying the note is 20 Oct. 1950.
