Dates of Creation October 4, 1820
Scope & Content This document is a deed for 6 1/4 acres of land located in Botetourt County, Virginia on Wolf Creek, a branch of the Roanoke River, acquired "by virtue of a Land Office Exchange Treasury warrant number 2056 issued the 10th December, 1817." The land is sold to Christopher Vineyard, administrator of Christian Vineyard, deceased, and was signed by the Governor of Virginia Thomas M. Randolph on October 4, 1820.
