Scope & Content Letter from Wm G White to R. F. Watts requesting a quotation for keeping the "mail Boy" one night each week and to furnish a stable for his horse. Mr. White will furnish the grain to feed the horse and will settle up once each quarter. On the back side of this doucument the dates Febr the 24, 1846 to January 6, 1847 account made up to $23.00.
