Court, 5th Circuit, Virginia District, of Daniel McNeile regarding a boundary dispute between Mark Evans and others as defendants and John Breckinridge as plaintiff. The land in question is three 400-acre tracts of the "Barins" originally owned by Mark Evans, surveyed by William Carvin and disputed by heirs of William Watts.
