Scope & Content A program for a Halloween show from 1893, printed by the Stone Printing and Manufacturing Company, Roanoke, Virginia.
Act I, Scene I - A Grand Opera (in Italian) descriptive of the arrival of a very celebrated foreigner in the city.
Scene II - The Borneo family at home, depicting a family scene, complete with the family devotion, quiet humor and sweet music of their time and country.
Act II - The beautiful and romantic tragedy, from William Shakespeare titled "Romeo and Juliet," in three scenes.
"The world renowned Scotch collie used in Act I, was especially imported for the scene." The piano was loaned by Steinway Company from their New York warehouse.
