|Title||First National Bank|
A black and white photograph of the interior of the First National Bank, located on the southwest corner of Jefferson Street and Campbell Avenue in Roanoke, Virginia, taken prior to remodeling in 1924. This photograph shows the office work areas.
Roanoke’s first “modern” bank building, constructed in 1913, is an example of Academic Classicism and reminds of the city’s history as a banking center.
This is the print. For the negative, see Object ID 2001.24.3.
