Title "8-Day" Kitchen Wall Clock made in Germany, 1930's
Description Kitchen wall clock; circa 1930's, Germany. The clock is octagonal (eight-sided), made of tin. The outer border has a black and white scroll design. The inner border is light green, with a dark green inset at "3, 6, 9, and 12". The clock face itself is a white rectangle with black numbers and black hash-marks denoting the minutes. The hands of the clock are black metal. Printed in black on the clock are two small intersecting arrows, plus the words "8-DAY" and "GERMANY". The clock needed winding every 8 days. The reverse of the clock has a wall mount with visible gears encased in tin.
