Contract (a) and envelope (b) between Roanoke Brick and Line Company and the Roanoke Land and Improvement Company. The contract is for the furnishment and delivery of one million bricks, with sixty thousand to be delivered each week on cars at Ticker Siding. It also spells out the specifications in color and thickness. The bricks will be counted when loaded on cars and a statement of number sent with each car to be certified by count when unloaded. The envelope reads: Contract Roanoke Brick and Line Co with Roanoke Land and Imp: Co One million Bricks and is written on New River Railroad Company envelope. |
