This item is a Sandy Run brand tomatoes reproduced label. On the left side is the text "Sandy Run Brand" on a white background with an image of a tomato beneath it. The text "Contents 1 Lb. 3 Ozs." is just below the image, and beneath that is the text "Tomatoes" in red letters and "Packed by O. G. Giles R. 1 Vinton, Virginia." An image of flowers is in the middle of the label, and on the right side is an image of houses and hills with a river running down the middle and mountains in the background. Beneath that image the text "Packed by O.G. Giles R. 1 Vinton, Virginia" is repeated. There is presently a Sandy Run Ridge in Vinton, Virginia. This is a photocopy of the original label. |
