Mr. Flournoy received a postcard from Bernard that was forwarded to Cold Sulphur Springs, but says he did not receive the "Rural Messenger." He would be pleased if Bernard would send the latter to Goshen, Virginia. (The "Rural Messenger" was a weekly newspaper published in Petersburg, Virginia.) |
