Izard, first vice president, Miss Mary Eleanor Rorer, corresponding secretary, and Mrs. Frank Rogers, second vice president. The meeting was held at "Fairacres", the home of Mrs. W. C. Stephenson on Avenham Avenue. Mrs. Powell Glass of Lynchburg was the guest speaker.
