Hester Fringer's living room on the tracks. - When Hester Fringer moved into an old house in Lithia, Virginia, she immediately had a larger window put into the living room so she would have a better view of the passing trains. Here, grandson, George Poulis, seems to have caught her spirit, as he gives a good wave to Train No. 2. His mother and the family pets take little notice of the rumble of the regularly passing trains, however.
