3. Exchange Lumber Company - A black and white photograph of the Exchange Lumber Company, organized in 1899 by T. W. Goodwin, S. W. Jamison, B. P. Huff, and James P. Woods. The structure was located at what was then the northeast corner of the intersection of Walnut Avenue and Third Street (now 1255 Williamson Road, SE). The residences in the background, since razed, form a portion of the development known as Orchard Hill, being the old Terry orchard land.
