    Envelope addressed to Col. William Watts in Big Lick, Roanoke City. In the upper left hand corner of the envelope is an embossed 'R & CO.' in elaborate gothic lettering, 'Tailors' embossed in all caps underneath. Stationery is from Anderson & Son at 148 Baltimore St, Baltimore.

    This item consists of two obituary notices that have been cut-out and pasted to a piece of letterhead from the office of Furman Whitescarver, an attorney at Salem, Virginia.
