1. Colonial American National Bank Building - A black and white photograph of the Colonial American National Bank Building located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Campbell Avenue and Jefferson Street. This building was erected by Colonial National Bank in 1926-1927 on the site of the Terry Building, which had been demolished in 1926. In 1929, Colonial National Bank merged with American National Bank creating the Colonial American National Bank. Additional buildings extend along the east side of Jefferson Street.

8. Pool at Hotel Roanoke, 1962 - A black and white photograph of the new swimming pool at Hotel Roanoke, which opened in 1962. The pool, shaped like a capital letter "I" (i.e., "eye", not "el"), together with a baby pool, are surrounded by stone terracing and tables with umbrellas and chairs. Several people are in the pool, and a life guard is on duty. At the left end of the pool is a diving board. A stone wall with bushes and an anchor fence are in the foreground. In the right background, the Colonial American National Bank building and an "Oak Hall" sign are visible. This photograph is similar to Object ID 1990.69.213.
