Agreement for the construction of a new hotel - 1882
Specifiations for a new hotel in Roanoke, most likely Hotel Roanoke. Enclosed in a light brown paper, the contract itself is a perriwinkle blue color, made up of seven pages typed, with additional red areas crossed out, and handwritten note additions.
