1. Christmas-themed matchbook. - Christmas match book. 20th century, American. The front of the matchbook cover has a blue background with white dots representing falling snow and gold bells with red ribbon and green holly. Printed on a white scroll in blue ink is the following: MICK - OR - MACK, Hopes that the jolly old fellow inside will fill your stocking full." At the bottom, printed in yellow, is: "Happy New Year". The back of the matchbook cover has "Merry Xmas" printed on a yellow ribbon at the top of a green Christmas tree decorated with red candles. Toys are in front of the tree and there is a blue background with white dots for falling snow.

2. Colonial American National Bank Building - A black and white photograph of the Colonial American National Bank Building located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Campbell Avenue and Jefferson Street. This building was erected by Colonial National Bank in 1926-1927 on the site of the Terry Building, which had been demolished in 1926. In 1929, Colonial National Bank merged with American National Bank creating the Colonial American National Bank. Additional buildings extend along the south side of Campbell Avenue.

4. Mick-or-Mack Store - Newspaper caption says "The Mick-or-Mack new store on Winborne Street, in the Grandin Road shopping center, nears completion. The $75,000 structure will be air-conditioned and will feature enlarged departments. Parking space for 100 cars will be provided." Mick-or-Mack opened their first store at 26 Church Ave SE in Roanoke in March 1927. Other stores opened in Salem and Vinton, as well as elsewhere in Roanoke during 1928 and 1929. Shortly after the chain began to expand throughout the western half of Virginia and into West Virginia.

5. Mick-or-Mack Store on Melrose Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia - A black and white photograph of the Mick-or-Mack grocery store at 4215 Melrose Avenue N.W., Roanoke, Virginia. A large sign containing a clock and a directional arrow graces the parking lot. A "We Give Green Stamps" sign stands nearby. A sign on the other side of Melrose Avenue directs motorists into the First National Exchange Bank entrance. Mick-or-Mack opened their first store at 26 Church Ave SE in Roanoke in March 1927.
