Several men stand on the first few rows of steps to a large stately columned building, probably Roanoke's Municipal building, which was built only a few years prior. The only individual that is identified on the reverse is Frank Abbath Fitzpatrick - #5. Also written on the reverse is " Wife - Maggie Thomas Fitzpatrick / Sons - Earl A. / Horace S. / Beverly T. / Daughter - Elizabeth - married Ray Hayes.

6. Program - c. 1915

   Program for the opening and dedication of Roanoke's Municipal building. Invocation was by Dr. W.C. Campbell, who, at the time, had completed 35 years of ministerial service in Roanoke. The program includes the lyrics to America and the Star Spangled Banner, as well as the names of the members of the Public Property Commitee and the Citizens Committee.
