Contract for the construction of a tavern at Mill Mountain - 1891
Contract between F. D. Booth and the Roanoke Gas and Water Company to create a tavern at Mill Mountain. The drawings and specifications were created by George T. Pearson. Contract identifies all the specifications for said tavern. Contract is on dark blue - blueprint style paper.
