Contract between F. D. Booth and the Roanoke Gas and Water Company to create a tavern at Mill Mountain. The drawings and specifications were created by George T. Pearson. Contract identifies all the specifications for said tavern. Contract is on dark blue - blueprint style paper. Winter on Mill Mountain postcard - 1911
Sepia card with an aerial photograph of a winter scene - lots of trees surround a white, snow covered path leading from a building a little lower on the hill. Postmarked August 21, 1911 from Roanoke to Goode, Virginia, and contains a green one cent stamp with an image of Ben Franklin.
