   Contract between F. D. Booth and the Roanoke Gas and Water Company to create a tavern at Mill Mountain. The drawings and specifications were created by George T. Pearson. Contract identifies all the specifications for said tavern. Contract is on dark blue - blueprint style paper. 2. Fluke Tavern Andirons - Pair of decorative wrought iron andirons that were used, according to family tradition, in the Fluke Tavern in Blue Ridge, Virginia, along the Lynchburg-Salem Turnpike. Andirons have patterned plinths with arch shaped legs, and end in a spade-like finial. Andirons were most likely made from iron mined from Cloverdale Furnace, one of Botetourt's many furnaces, as it was the closest to the tavern.
