He was previously General Manager of the Thomas Jefferson Inn in Charlottesville, Virginia. Mr. Brackens is a native of Covington, Virginia, and a graduate of the University of Virginia. On the back of the photograph is stamped "N & W Magazine Standard Portrait Cut". |
