Creme satin shoes with leather sole and 2 inch heel. Label sewn onto interior of right proper shoe: L. Miller Deluxe Shoes. Interior of shoes is made of leather at arch and back, and canvas at toe. Shoes are stored in cotton feed sack style fabric containters with pink trim. Fabric pattern is a tan color lattice print with pink and blue roses. Dress, veil, and shoes were worn by Gladys Gaynell Ring Langhammer at her marriage on January 18, 1927 in Johnson City, Tennessee, to Carl R. Langhammer. |
