Program - c. 1915
Program for the opening and dedication of Roanoke's Municipal building. Invocation was by Dr. W.C. Campbell, who, at the time, had completed 35 years of ministerial service in Roanoke. The program includes the lyrics to America and the Star Spangled Banner, as well as the names of the members of the Public Property Commitee and the Citizens Committee.
