The processing plant and settling pond are located on Flat Creek Farm 2.5 miles east of Evington in Campbell County, Virginia. In the photograph's background is a large steel tower supporting a major commercial power transmission line and below the tower are two wooden power poles which carry power lines to the processing plant. The railroad tracks just below the tower are either the main line of the Southern Railroad or part of a railroad siding providing access to the processing plant.
