    Land grant from Leiutenant Governor Beverley Randolph, of Virginia, to Hezekiah Chenia. The grant is for two hundred and eighty-seven acres, of which Hezekiah Chenia paid one pound ten shillings sterling. The land is in Montgomery County, at Sugar Run, a Branch of Cripper Creek, and was surveyed in 1782.
