Holiday letter on Roanoke College letterhead from the President Charles Smith and his wife. Above 'Roanoke College' are two bells connecting a row of holly between two red ribbons. At bottom of the typed letter is a handwritten missive: "Let's hope we get together more often in 1946. We prize your friendship and enjoy bein with you at Salem, Roanoke, Glenvar, or the Homestead."
